The key differences: every concierge is certified in pet first aid and CPR, commercially insured, and matched to your pet through a structured assessment process. Care is always one-on-one, your concierge is never responsible for other pets during your booking. We provide documented updates with photos and detailed notes after every visit, and we follow your pet's exact routine rather than fitting them into a generic schedule.

Visits are fully customized. We offer once-daily, twice-daily, or tailored visit schedules based on your cat’s needs. We also offer companion visits ranging from 3 hours to overnight concierge care.
Yes. Our trained caregivers have experience caring for senior cats and cats with medical or behavioral needs, always prioritizing safety and comfort. They can administer oral medication, topical treatments, and insulin injections when required.
Yes. Litter maintenance is included with every visit to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
Yes. Every Pawsome concierge is certified in pet first aid and CPR through recognized Canadian programs, and Pawsome - Your Pet Concierge carries commercial liability insurance. Our concierges are also trained in animal behaviour awareness, medication administration, and emergency response protocols.
