The Signature Concierge Program is Pawsome's year-round program for pet parents who want consistent, ongoing care from a dedicated team. They will receive priority scheduling, a familiar concierge who knows their pet's routine, and premium support throughout the year. It's designed for pet parents who value continuity and a long-term relationship with their care provider.

Pawsome On-the-Go is a flexible concierge service for pet parents who need occasional or last-minute care. It provides the same trusted, one-on-one service as the Signature program but on a per-visit basis, ideal for travel, busy weeks, or unexpected schedule changes.

Yes. Every Pawsome concierge is certified in pet first aid and CPR through recognized Canadian programs, and Pawsome - Your Pet Concierge carries commercial liability insurance. Our concierges are also trained in animal behaviour awareness, medication administration, and emergency response protocols.

Pawsome - Your Pet Concierge uses a structured matching process to pair every pet with the right concierge. It starts with a First Class Assessment where we learn about your pet's personality, routine, medical needs, and preferences. Based on that, we match you with a concierge whose experience and temperament are the best fit. Before care begins, you meet your concierge during a Meet & Greet so your pet can build trust in their own environment.
