PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ PET CARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction:

Welcome to PAWSOME CONCIERGE™! By accessing our website and utilizing our pet care services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.Pet Owner's Responsibilities:

1.1. As a pet owner, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your pet's health and behavior.

1.2. Any changes in your pet's health or behavior should be communicated to PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ before scheduled pet care services.

2. Liability:

2.1. Pet owners are solely responsible for their pet's actions and behavior while under the care of PAWSOME CONCIERGE™.

2.2. Pet owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their pet's actions.

3. Medical Emergency:

3.1. In case of a medical emergency, PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ is authorized to seek immediate veterinary care for the pet if the owner is unreachable.

3.2. Pet owners agree to reimburse PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ for all incurred veterinary care costs and service charges.

4. Dog Interaction (for Dog Owners):

4.1. Acknowledge that minor injuries may occur during supervised dog interactions.

5. Term and Termination:

5.1. The agreement is effective for twelve (12) months, unless terminated earlier with written notice.

5.2. Automatic renewal for successive one-year terms unless terminated with a 30-day notice.

6. Certification:

6.1. Pet owners certify understanding and agreement to abide by the terms of this agreement.

6.2. Certification of legal age and sole authority over the pet.

7. Miscellaneous:

7.1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between parties.

7.2. PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ may amend this agreement in writing, with changes effective upon owner's acknowledgment.

Vet Release Form (Informational Only):

Introduction: This form outlines PAWSOME CONCIERGE™'s authorization for veterinary care during pet services.

Authorization for Veterinary and Medical-Type Services: Owners authorize PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ to engage necessary veterinary or medical services for their pet's welfare.

Emergency Situations: In emergency situations, owners authorize immediate professional care for their pet.

Financial Responsibility: Owners are financially responsible for all pet care expenses and agree to reimburse PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ promptly.

Limitation of Liability: PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ and its staff are not liable for the actions or decisions of veterinary professionals.

Continuous Authorization: This authorization is continuous for veterinary care during PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ services.

Communication: PAWSOME CONCIERGE™ will make reasonable efforts to inform owners about non-emergency veterinary services.

Authority to Sign: Owners represent sole authority for health, medical, and financial decisions for their pets.

Applicability: This authorization applies to all pets under PAWSOME CONCIERGE™'s care.
