Step 1: Client Form
Please complete our New Client Form.
You will then receive our legal agreement which will require a virtual signature in order to continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Service Request
Email concierge@pawsome.vip or call us to schedule your meet & greet with a PAWSOME team member. Please indicate your first service request as well as the date(s) and time(s) in order for our concierge to verify availability.
Step 3: Behavioural Assessment (For Dog Boarding Requests)
For boarding services (in a host’s home,) there is a mandatory Behavioural Assessment that must be conducted prior to the booking. The assessment will be at the home of one of our PAWSOME experts, and will last between 2 to 4 hours. We will analyse the dog’s behaviour in new environments to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all parties involved. Please note that there is a one-time fee of $175.00 plus tax for this service.
Step 4: Meet & Greet
Once the booking is confirmed, you will meet your PAWSOME human. You, your pet, and your selected team member will have a complimentary 30-minute meet and greet. This is a great opportunity for both parties to get to know each other and ask any questions before the service. For boarding services, the meeting will take place at the host’s home, and for sitting and walking services, at the client’s home.
Step 6: Payment
We require payment in full 48 hours prior to your first scheduled booking.
